The PrimeMan Trunk is the shortest cut in the PrimeMan range — a slim, squared-off leg that stops right at the top of the thigh. Built for guys who want minimal leg coverage without giving up the pouch support that makes the range what it is.
The AnatoMax pouch
Every PrimeMan style is built around the AnatoMax anatomical pouch — a three-dimensional shape that keeps things naturally separated and supported instead of pressed flat against your body. Less friction, less heat, and no reaching in to readjust halfway through the day.
Fabric & construction
Cut from an ultra-soft MicroModal and Lycra blend with four-way stretch — breathable, moisture-wicking, and noticeably lighter than cotton. The premium soft-back logo waistband sits flat without pinching, and the care label is printed directly onto the fabric, so there's no tag scratching your skin.
The fit
A slim, close cut with a very short leg — trim through the seat and thigh, and short enough to disappear under fitted trousers or shorts. Best suited to leaner or average builds; if you have larger or more muscular thighs, the leg opening will tend to ride up over the course of the day, and the PrimeMan Brief is the better choice. Available in sizes Small through X-Large.

Care Instructions
- Cold, gentle machine wash at 30°C (86°F) or below
- Avoid bleach and dry cleaning
- Low tumble dry setting
- Cool iron only if needed
- Lights and darks can be washed together — our colors are colorfast, though fabric may still absorb dye that bleeds from other garments
- Avoid warm or hot wash/tumble dry cycles to preserve elasticity and shape; damage from improper care is not covered under our guarantee
