Size Guide

How to Find Your Size

Our underwear is sized by your natural waist measurement. Wrap a soft tape measure around your waistline — roughly where your underwear normally sits — keeping the tape flat against your skin and level, snug but not tight. Sizing runs a little differently from brand to brand, so check the chart for the brand you are shopping below.

Obviously

With Obviously, the anatomical pouch is the same shape and depth in every size — only the waistband and body of the garment change — so choose your size based on your waist alone.

Size Waist (inches) Waist (cm)
Small 30" - 32" 75 - 80
Medium 33" - 36" 81 - 90
Large 37" - 40" 91 - 100
X-Large 41" - 44" 101 - 110
XX-Large 45" - 48" 111 - 120
XXX-Large 49" - 52" 121 - 130

If your waist falls between two sizes, size down for a closer, firmer fit or size up for a roomier, more relaxed feel. Body shape and style matter too: fuller-cut styles like Briefs suit thicker or more muscular legs, while lower-cut styles like Hipster Briefs have narrower leg openings made for slimmer legs.

Cocksox

Cocksox sizing runs differently from other brands, so measure and compare against this chart. Measure around your waist just below the hip bone, where the top of your pants usually sits.

Size Waist (inches) Waist (cm)
Small 28" - 30" 71 - 76
Medium 32" - 34" 81 - 86
Large 36" - 38" 91 - 96
X-Large 40" - 42" 101 - 106

Most Cocksox styles use a stretchy Supplex/Lycra blend, so if you are between sizes either will fit comfortably — size down for a snugger fit. For Modal, sheer, or mesh styles, which stretch less, go up to the larger size if you are between two.
